Is shipping free?
Yes. Standard shipping is free on every order, with no minimum.
How long does delivery take?
We prepare your order in 1–3 business days. Standard shipping then takes 7–10 business days, or 4–7 business days with express (US$4.99). Details on our Shipping & Delivery page.
How can I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Returns
What is your return policy?
You can return any piece within 30 days of delivery, unworn and with tags attached, including items bought on sale. Return shipping is free. See our Returns policy.
How do I start a return?
Email support@mujerofficial.com with your order number and the item(s). We reply within 1–2 business days with the instructions.
When will I get my refund?
We process it within 5–7 business days after receiving your return, to your original payment method.
My item arrived damaged or wrong. What now?
Email support@mujerofficial.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we’ll fix it with a refund or a replacement.
