What Can Be Returned
- Items returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Unworn and unwashed, with the original tags still attached.
- Every piece, including items bought on sale.
How to Start a Return
- Email support@mujerofficial.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
- We reply within 1–2 business days with your return instructions. Return shipping is free: you don’t pay anything to send it back.
- Pack the item(s) with the tags attached and send them back following the instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we process your refund within 5–7 business days.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the original payment method. After we process it, your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to show it on your statement.
Damaged, defective or wrong item?
We’re sorry. Email support@mujerofficial.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a few photos of the problem, and we’ll make it right with a refund or a replacement (subject to availability). You don’t pay anything to send it back.
