At Mujer Official, we partner with international artisans and warehouses to bring you unique, high-quality pieces. To be 100% transparent with our customers, we want to be clear about our delivery timeframes.
Delivery Time = Order Processing Time + Shipping Time
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are sent to our partner warehouses for processing, packing, and dispatch within 3-5 business days.
2. Estimated Shipping Time & Options
Because your items are shipped from our international partners, your delivery timeframe will vary. We offer two options at checkout:

International Express Shipping (10-20 Business Days):
This is our premium paid option. We prioritize your order and use faster courier services to reduce transit time.

FREE International Standard Shipping (15-30 Business Days):
This is our free shipping option, available for all orders $99 and over. This service uses standard international postal routes.
*Note: All timeframes are estimates. Delays due to customs inspections or peak holiday seasons may occur. You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order has shipped.
